Our recent updates at the start of the year involved moving to a hosted shopping cart experience at a well-known domain registrar. Sadly, their system was ill-equipped and error prone, and greatly let us down after extensive research and reviews.
We are moving our shopping solution back to an in-house system, and are also revising our product lines to reflect newer offerings from our suppliers. In the meantime, we felt that continuing to lose money on a poorly running service was a discredit to our customers as well as our bottom line, making it difficult to maintain lower prices.
